This is the best part! Earn a FREE Classic or Loaded Pita after collecting 9 punches! Redeem it at any Mr. Souvlaki restaurant and start working towards your next reward all over again.
You MUST register your Souv Squad card online to get access to and redeem rewards. Digital cards are automatically registered when you sign up online. OPT-IN to receive email communications to ensure you don’t miss out on any special offers and promotions. Valid with in store purchases only, not valid on orders placed via 3rd party delivery aggregates (i.e. SkipTheDishes, UberEats, DoorDash). This program is available at participating Mr. Souvlaki locations.

I’m a member. What’s going to happen to my balance on March 18th?
From March 18th onwards, the remaining spend will be converted to punches.
$0 to $14.99 = no punch
$15.00 to $29.99 = 1 punch
$30.00 to $44.99 = 2 punches
$45.00 to $59.99 = 3 punches
$60.00 to $74.99 = 4 punches
$75.00 to $89.99 = 5 punches
$90.00 to $99.99 = 6 punches
Once converted, the spend progress will be set to $0, as the previous program is cancelled after your grace period. Any rewards you’ve earned will still be available for redemption.
I’m a member. Do I need a new card?
You’ll be able to use your existing card at any Mr. Souvlaki location, in-store or on the Mr. Souvlaki app. You don’t need to get a new card.
I’m still seeing points instead of punches in my account. How can I fix that?
If your account is showing points instead of punches, please send us your loyalty card number via mrsouvlaki.ca/contact, and our team will help you sort it out quickly.
Is joining the Souv Squad Rewards program free?
Absolutely! Signing up for the program is completely free. No strings attached, just great perks.
What is my Welcome bonus for joining?
You will earn a free feta fries upon signing up on your next purchase. You have 30 days to redeem your offer. Please make sure you have registered your physical card online to access and redeem rewards. Your digital card will be automatically registered when you sign up online.
How are punches earned? Is it based on total spend?
You earn 1 punch with a purchase of $15 or more. Simple and easy!
How can I check how many punches I’ve earned?
You can check your punches easily by scanning your physical card in-store or by logging into the Sou Squad Rewards or the Mr. Souvlaki app to see your punch count.
Do punches ever expire?
Once you collect 9 punches, a free pita will be added to your account, and your punch count will reset to zero, so you can start earning all over again!
How long do I have to redeem my free reward once I earn it?
Once you get your free pita, you have 60 days to claim it.
Can I accumulate multiple rewards and redeem them at once?
Yes! You can collect as many free pitas as you like and redeem multiple in a single visit.
Where can I check my rewards transaction history?

I’ve forgotten my rewards account password. How can I reset it?
Simply click on the “forgot password” at Sou Squad Rewards to reset it and get back in.
Can I earn punches when I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards aren’t eligible for punches, but they’re perfect for gifting to others or even for yourself!
Once I get my card number, does that mean my rewards account is registered?
Yes, you’re on the right track. Just make sure your profile is complete by logging into your Rewards account and checking for any missing details. Once updated, you can start redeeming your rewards.
Can I transfer my punches or rewards to someone else?
Currently, punches and rewards are linked to your account and can’t be transferred. But hey, why not spread the joy and treat a friend or family member to your free reward when you get it? They’ll appreciate it!
Can I redeem my reward on a special or discounted item?
Rewards can be redeemed for a classic or loaded pita only.
Can I use my Rewards card at all Mr. Souvlaki locations?
Yes, your rewards card works at all participating Mr. Souvlaki locations, so you can earn and redeem punches wherever you go.
What happens if I lose my rewards card?
No worries! Simply reach out to us via mrsouvlaki.ca/contact, and we’ll help you get a replacement card or assist with accessing your digital card.
